Alaska - Express
A ready mix in powdered form that is whipped with fresh and whipping cream, giving a definitely delicious taste.  Alaska-Express is mainly used as a whipping cream stabilizer, which is then used as fillings for cakes, desserts and Swiss rolls.  This high quality product is freeze-stable and cut-stable.  Its ease of use and convenience makes it an economical and rational ingredient. Just dissolve 200g AE with 250g water, fold mix into 1000g whipped cream, then ready to serve / use as filling.

Ovasil
Pasteurized egg whites in powdered form. 100g of Ovasil is dissolved in 1000g of water, then ready to be used as fresh egg white. Mohrenglanz

Dalli Bianca Powder
