Description
CremeFlair is a cold-soluble powder for the production of high volume and stable creams / mousses. After whipping, the finished product will set once chilled.
Procedure
Weigh 400g CremeFlair and 1000g cold water. Mix powder and water manually and whip 4-5 minutes at high speed. Avoid whipping up the cream again.
