Ovasil Meringue Mix is a pasteurized, powdered egg-albumen made from crystallized egg-white for the production of meringues, coconut macaroons, light vanilla creams, all kind of egg-white mixtures, cheese cakes and royal icing.

Procedure

Weigh 100g of Ovasil Meringue Mix and 1000g cold water and stir in a bowl and whisk, should be fat free.
