Instant dry yeast for sweet dough with more than 20% sugar content. Great for Danish pastries and sweet Asian buns.

Procedure

1-2% based on flour weight. It may be mixed directly with the flour or directly added to the dough during mixing. The right dosage depends among others on application, recipe, type of process and process circumstances.
