A high performing dry yeast suitable for all kinds of bread recipes. With no rehydration required, it can be added directly to the baking mix for great performance and a quick-rising dough.
Procedure
1-2% based on flour weight. It may be mixed directly with the flour or directly added to the dough during mixing. The right dosage depends among others on application, recipe, type of process and process circumstances.
