Description
Cremonte is a cold-soluble powder for the production of buttercreams. It can be combined with any flavor pastes.
Procedure
Weigh 1000g Cremonte Butter Cream Base, 1500g water with approximate 20C temperature, 1300g butter, butter fat or vegetable fat. Mix cream powder and water, add butter or fat and whisk at medium speed aproximately 12 minutes.
